Clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was of good quality

Lovely hotel, on the outskirts of Belfast, just a handy taxi ride away. Very clean, comfortable and well run with good facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff, and everyones name is displayed. I was checked (and out) by Jobin who was very helpful and friendly. The name of the lady who cleaned my room was on a card in the room too, Beata, and the room was spotless. Breakfast was really good, again, super friendly and helpful staff, and it's all run very well and efficiently. Had dinner in the River Bar Lounge and Bistro, and was happy to see a vegan option as standard (vegan option on the lobby menu too). Really helpful features such as a taxi box on the reception desk, so you just press a button and are given a number and a taxi comes. Also there is a person stationed at a desk in the lobby to help with any queries and I could get a coffee brought out to relax in the lobby. There is a pool, gym etc here too, and it's only a mile to Queens parkrun, which was very handy. I heard no noise from my room in the night either, slept very well. Can't fault anything - would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were very helpful and understanding with our dietary requirements. Nothing was too much for them Fantastic selection for gulten free dinner and breakfast and good dairy free food choices best hotel yet for this Breakfast is fantastic in wrapping to keep from cross contamination. I was very impressed with this. Bed for sleeping 10/10 for comfort Room Cleanses 10/10 Birthday card and chocolate left in room nice touch for child I genuinely can't fault this hotel we are planning on coming back for the summer time as we enjoyed it that much 10/10

There isn't any fault to find with this hotel. Located with easy access to city for shopping and entertainment, we took in 2 shows at the lyric while we were there. Staff couldn't be faulted, all on board with customer service. Pool and spa facilities excellent and well maintained. The River bar (onsite) was excellent and I found all staff excellent with a specific mention to Michael Johnstone, whose customer service was fantastic, welcoming and nothing too much trouble. With this all taken into consideration, we will be returning again and many thanks for making our stay very memorable

We went to stay to celebrate my granddaughters 5th birthday because she wanted to stay at a hotel with a pool for her birthday. she was treated like a princess 👸 the hotel had left beautiful balloons, an absolutely beautiful book and a birthday ice-cream voucher which she enjoyed after dinner. All very much appreciated and adored, but at breakfast Daisy wanted toast and nutella, but after asking for this there was no nutella so Daisy opted for toast with beans an bacon. But when this wee tired granny (me) got back to the table a super man had mysteriously left nutella on the table lol so Daisy was allowed to eat this with a spoon after she had ate her breakfast. Thank you so much for making my granddaughters stay so special 💗
