Room - we had a good size room - a double bed + sofa for our kids. It is well equipped and very clean. Love the idea of the wooden key instead of plastic. Definitely more sustainable and environment friendly. Swimming Pool - opening hours are great, kids can attend all day. We loved it. Breakfast - on the first day there was no buffet and we had to order from the menu that was not great. but the rest of the days breakfast buffet was on. it is not the best breakfast I have ever had, but it has everything you need -hot options, cold options, fresh fruit, gluten free options, pancakes etc. Staff - Nat in the reception was very friendly. Dev in the bar was truly a professional - great customer skills. The other staff lacked those skills and should be trained in. Shiv and other breakfast staff were amazing - friendly, attentive and on the day when pancake machine didn't work, baked a pancakes for my kids. We even didn't ask for it, but they saw how disappointed were our boys and went an extra mail to surprise them. Massive shoutout for that!

Refurbished, very clean and well appointed. Much quieter stay than previous times (we had rowdy neighbours on previous stays). Food from room service was lovely, fresh and hot. Previously we had a double with sofa bed and that room was awkwardly small with the sofa bed in use. We had a two double bed room this time and room size was better, but still tight for space.

Very family friendly. Has a play room beside reception my 3yo loved. Rooms were perfect and comfortable. We ate in bar was lovely staff great and colouring for the kids. Late check out when signed up to rewards hotel thing so no pressure next morning to be ready early. Breakfast was fab. Would def return.
